All orders are subject to supplier acceptance and product availability. Pricing is displayed in SAR and may vary by supplier.
5. Supplier obligations
Suppliers must comply with SFDA regulations and provide accurate product information, certifications, and delivery commitments.
6. Limitation of liability
Aortery acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for product defects, delivery delays, or disputes between buyers and suppliers.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
